Donny Jordan was born and raised on the west side of Chicago. As a youth he attended Grant Elementary School and Foreman High School. After graduation Donny continued to work in retail management and attended Robert Morris College. In 1991, he graduated with an Associates Degree in Computerized Accounting.
Upon completion of his degree Donny embarked on a carrer in the banking. After working at Bank One for 5 years, Donnie was dissatisfied with the impersonal nature of large corporate banking. He chose change directions and move to a community oriented bank. Donny began working at First Bank & Trust of Evanston in 1997. At First Bank & Trust of Evanston, Donny was able to work in various capcities. From Teller Supervisor to Branch Manager he was able to help more people to achieve thier financial goals. By servicing personal and large accounts, Donny was able to develop an excellent reputation in the community.
In 2001, Donny and his family moved to Hoffman Estates, Illinois. This when he gave his life to Christ and became a member of Living Faith AME Church. After becoming a member, the pastor recognized Donny's capcity for dealing with people, his leadership abilities, and his passion for budgeting and credit counseling.
Donny has since advanced his professional career by moving into the mortgage industry. Through hard work and perserverance, he bacame a licensed Mortgage Originator and was recruited by Clybourn Financial Services. Now Donny is combining his business acumen with his strong desire to empower people with sound finacial information.
Donny serves at his church as a Director of Debt Free and Properous Living, Director of the Capital Building Fund, and Member of the Trustee Board. Donny is also a member of various not for profit organizations. He serves as a Board Member of Kids Can Dance and More than a Conquerer Ministry for Women.
Donny lives with his wife Alicia and has 1 son (Donny Jr.) and 3 daughters (Cheyenne, Chelsea, and Cecily).
