Michael Greene is a respected young training professional that designs and implements lifestyles changes to improve the everyday lives of the people he works with and for. He was born in Elgin, Illinois on October 2, 1979. As a young man playing sports, Mike was exposed to living a healthy lifestyle. What sparked his interest in corrective exercise, is seeing so many lose the battle of changing their lifestyle because previous injuries hold them back.

After graduating from Iowa State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in elementary education, Mike became a teach/coach/trainer at middle schools in northern Illinois teaching science and physical education. In 2008, Mike suffered a hyperextension of his knee and desired to learn how to fully correct it as he fell out of shape for the first time in his life. Around the same time he meet his now wife Desirée, who also suffered from dislocated knee and shoulder. She grew up a sports fanatic then stopped playing due to injuries. But now after implementing my rehab solutions, her ability to play sports have been revived. In 2010 Mike followed his passion into the rehab realm and got his certifications to become a corrective exercise specialist/personal trainer from American Council on Exercise and National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has worked for health clubs, park districts and clinics. In 2012 he created Custom Performance, which allows him to consult with various clinics to meet their patients needs from rehab, nutrition, weight loss and implementation of a healthy, lifelong solution.

At a you a young age Mike’s parents taught him the value of helping others. As a family they would adopt a less fortunate family for Christmas to fulfill their Christmas wishes or participate in coat drive at local churches. He has made it a point to be involved with fundraising events or donating his time to reach others in need. Mike has been involved with his local church, and food pantries. More recently he is serving as a member of Brother 2 Brother, which is a non profit organization that looks for ways to serve in the community. Mike realizes that God has called all of us to serve others not just tell them about God amazing love but to actually show it and live it.
